<p>Exciting opportunity to join a small, rapidly growing company in Atlanta! This company does Sales Consulting for industrial electrical equipment. This position will wear multiple hats, and will focus on managing projects and providing administrative support around the office. Looking for someone highly <strong>detail oriented</strong> to join a fast paced environment!</p><p><br></p><p>This role is on-site in the Dunwoody area. It is a full-time, salaried position with full benefits.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Administrative Duties:</p><ul><li>Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, following up with customers, and general organization.</li><li>Perform duties such as answering the phone, responding to emails, and managing correspondence with customers and the factories.</li><li>Assist in marketing efforts by:</li></ul><p>ď‚§ Preparing and sending targeted email campaigns using CRM system</p><p>ď‚§ Updating social media posts for the company</p><ul><li>Help order office supplies and maintain equipment through our third-party vendors.</li><li>Assist with organization and preparation of meetings and presentations including ordering and catering lunches and breakfasts at either our office or an outside location.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Project Management:</p><ul><li>Assist in managing inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and website.</li><li>Process and invoice orders, assist with basic quoting.</li><li>Enter and track company resale orders with QuickBooks.</li><li>Follow up on past due invoices with customers.</li><li>Track open orders with Vendors and relay information to HMA salespeople and customers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred</li><li>Experience in a sales support role or administrative assistant role is preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Excellent telephone and note taking skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Experience using QuickBooks is a plus.</li><li>Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.</li><li>Self-motivated and willing to help where needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>US Citizenship required</p>
