Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed reviews of medical records to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
• Identify areas for quality improvement and assist in developing and implementing corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient safety and enhance care delivery.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, utilization review, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and quality review tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote setting.
