They serve as the primary liaison between CSI and our customers, dedicated to providing exceptional service that leads to high customer satisfaction and contract renewals. Representing the full range of our products and services, they ensure that our customers' needs and expectations are met with excellence.<br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>• Fosters and grow relationships with multiple existing customers, typically supporting a single line of business and/or understanding a primary application.<br>• Ensure business retention, pipeline generation, and the receipt of "Would Recommend CSI" surveys through consultative selling, maintaining constant communication with the client to proactively understand their needs, goals, and direction.<br>• Cross functionally collaborate with internal CSI partners to participate and/or leads in the cross‐sale process and pipeline generation.<br>• Evaluates the usage of all CSI products with each assigned client and presents additional CSI products and value‐add solutions as appropriate; keeps clients abreast of product offerings through CSI marketing efforts, product notifications and webinars.<br>• Perform other duties as assigned.<br><b>Job Requirements</b><br>• Previous experience in BOTH the Fintech and Bank industry preferred</p><p>• Banking as a Service, (BaaS) with a strong background in digital banking and understanding of API’s</p><p>• Knowledge of Banking software preferably experienced with CSI, NuPoint Core</p><p>• Strong customer advisement with the proven ability to enhance customers satisfaction and retention through consultative selling</p><p>• Education or job knowledge is equivalent to college or university undergraduate education.<br>• The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least three (3) years.</p><p><b>Primary Results Accountable for Achieving</b><br>• Alignment of customer expectations with CSI to build trust and rapport that yields a stronger relationship.<br>• Familiarize the customer with new and existing products/services.<br>• Provide a conduit to the product, sales, and support teams to assist customers in achieving their goals and achieve<br>• Responsible for all interaction between CSI and the customers. This includes bill collection, customer service, cross sales, and management reporting.
