Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality service to customers and internal Sales & Service teams.
  • Manage inbound customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Accurately process and coordinate sales orders, parts shipments, and machine sales.
  • Troubleshoot any order discrepancies in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
  • Generate updates and reports on sales orders and backorders for stakeholders.
  • Oversee the process for returned goods and issue service parts credits.
  • Work with traffic teams and customers to manage international shipping documentation.
  • Verify freight costs and resolve discrepancies with vendors and managers.
  • Coordinate the movement of machines and parts both domestically and internationally.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service or Sales position, particularly in order processing.
  • Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (experience with JD Edwards preferred).
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and knowledgeable of international trade procedures and incoterms.
  • Understanding of export/import documentation and customs regulations.
  • Competence with tools such as DocuSign and Salesforce.
  • Experience with shipping software and data entry systems.
  • Strong ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple assignments and adhere to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with the capacity to maintain accuracy under pressure.

Qualifications

  • An Associate degree in Business is preferred.
