Job Description

Salary: $800 per month

Remote-PA is on the lookout for a Remote Personal Assistant to join our vibrant team and deliver top-tier administrative support to our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, loves staying on top of tasks, and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Organize and manage schedules, appointments, and emails to ensure smooth operations.

  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by clients.

  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, send invites, and take detailed notes during discussions.

  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records and databases for clients.

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms including YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including creating thumbnails, banners, and other visual elements.

  • Communication tools: Be familiar with communication tools. Eg. Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Slack.

  • CRM Utilization: Work with CRM systems to manage and track client interactions and data.

  • Customer Service: Provide support and assistance to clients, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Canva: Be creative and have extensive knowledge of Canva.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a personal assistant or relevant administrative role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google suite, and other relevant tools.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.

  • High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work requirements.

  • Experience in content creation for YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Familiarity with Zoom and or other communication tools.

  • Experience with CRM systems.

  • A stable internet connection and preparation for load shedding are essential.
