The registered nurse will work as part of the clinical team including physicians, nurse practitioners, & medical assistants in a remote setting.

This is an opportunity to help patients struggling with obesity as well as men with low testosterone. The work is very gratifyingwe have heard countless times that our programs are "life-changing."

This is a fully remote position, which means you can work from anywhere. Additionally, you will have the flexibility and lifestyle that comes with working in a startup environment.

We highly value registered nurses who live in a RN licensing "compact" state (as we currently operate in approximately 25 states). Also, California and New York licenses, in particular, are highly valued.

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Registered Nurse to serve as our Weekend Nurse Supervisor. This remote position combines clinical and supervisory duties to support patient care and team coordination during weekend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and review lab results
  • Conduct follow-up calls with patients
  • Review and assist with clinical documentation
  • Support providers with patient-related tasks
  • Communicate with patients regarding prescriptions and medication management
  • Triage patient concerns, including symptoms and potential side effects
  • Provide education and resource materials to patients
  • Answer patient questions and offer timely support
  • Oversee weekend clinical team members, including customer support staff, medical assistants, and staff RNs
  • Collaborate closely with the lead RN to ensure smooth weekend operations
  • Escalate urgent issues to the appropriate clinical or leadership team member as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and triage skills
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
