Key Responsibilities:

Design personalized itineraries tailored to each clients needs and preferences.

Research destinations, activities, and experiences to create unique recommendations.

Manage schedules and bookings for accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Provide clients with detailed itineraries and ensure all arrangements are confirmed.

Handle adjustments or changes with professionalism and efficiency.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Reservation Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional booking experience for our guests. You will be responsible for handling reservations, providing information about our services, and maintaining our booking system efficiently. Responsibilities

Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.

Provide accurate information regarding hotel services and availability.

Update and maintain the booking system with current reservation details.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

Process payment information and confirm reservations with guests.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
