Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? Join our team at Ocean Crest Resort as a Resort Night Audit and be a key player in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. As the Resort Night Audit, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the resort, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Major Responsibilities and Objectives :

  • Conduct nightly audits to verify the accuracy of all financial transactions
  • Prepare daily reports for management summarizing the day's activities
  • Count cash and bank tills
  • Assist with guest check-ins during the night shift
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition between shifts

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience :

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
