Burger King is looking for a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As the executive leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a single restaurant, focusing on guest satisfaction, assistant manager and team member development, profitability, and overall operations. Summary Of Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through proactive guest service, people development, and operations management
  • Take primary accountability for the restaurant's profitability by managing inventories, schedules, and guest engagement
  • Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations by letting them know that They Rule! with excellent service
  • Lead hiring and training processes to build and retain an effective restaurant team
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, maintain a sparkling clean restaurant, and uphold Burger King brand standards
  • Supervise recurring maintenance of restaurant equipment, and keep the District Manager and ownership informed of any equipment or facilities issues

Qualifications And Skills:

  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 2 years of previous restaurant general management experience, or 3+ years as an assistant manager
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Burger King offers a robust compensation package beyond the listed base salary. Up to $7,000 in performance bonuses are available every year. Other benefits include employee meals, vacation, sick time, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) matching up to 4%. Base salary contingent on experience, location, and availability.
