As a Team Manager, you will be an integral part of the bakery-cafe leadership team. Your responsibilities will include managing successful shifts, supporting team growth, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

Your Role as a Team Manager Includes:

  • Ensuring every guest is delighted by our food quality, service, and staff.
  • Creating meaningful relationships that foster long-term guest loyalty.
  • Leading, managing, and developing team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience expectations—celebrating their successes along the way.

This Opportunity Is For You If:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You preferably have over 1 year of experience in restaurant management.
  • You have a proven ability to lead exceptional shifts while directing, motivating, coaching, and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
  • You hold a ServSafe certification (or can obtain certification).
  • This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • A job offer for this position is conditional upon passing a background check.
  • In this role, you are regularly required to:
    • Lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds.
    • Stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
    • Communicate clearly and quickly comprehend directions in a noisy setting.
