What You Bring to the Table
As a FOH Team Member, you’ll help create an uncommonly good experience for every guest by:

  • Welcoming guests with a warm, friendly greeting and answering menu questions to ensure a great start to their experience.
  • Delivering personalized service that makes every guest feel valued and appreciated.
  • Taking food orders accurately and handling both credit and cash transactions efficiently.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment where collaboration and communication are key.
  • Effectively managing multiple tasks to meet guest expectations in a timely manner.
  • Keeping the restaurant clean and organized, meeting food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Demonstrating dependability, positivity, and a can-do attitude to support your team and contribute to a great work environment.
  • Meeting the physical requirements of the role, which may include, but are not limited to, standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Having the ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Having availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.
