What You’ll Do

Our cashiers are more than just friendly faces behind the counter. They’re the heartbeat of each store, making sure every guest feels welcome, cared for, and ready to take on the day. From keeping the store clean and organized to offering a great recommendation or a warm smile, you’ll play an essential role in creating that “Ultimart” experience we’re known for.

A Day in the Life Includes

  • Handling transactions at the register with care and accuracy
  • Keeping shelves stocked and displays looking sharp
  • Staying calm and helpful during busy times
  • Delivering top-notch service to every guest
  • Using suggestive selling techniques to enhance the shopping experience
  • Following safety and compliance procedures for gas, alcohol, and tobacco
  • Supporting your teammates whenever and wherever needed
  • Maintaining a clean, neat appearance in uniform

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive attitude and a knack for connecting with people
  • Ability to take direction and work independently or with a team
  • Quick learners who are comfortable with fast-paced environments great communication skills
  • Must be able to work both weekdays and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English

Availability

We’re looking for team members with flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
