Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and implement onboarding processes for new compliance initiatives within Carrier and Driver Enforcement frameworks.
  • Analyze data patterns and carrier/driver behaviors to identify potential compliance risks and drive enforcement actions.
  • Maintain and refine SOPs to ensure investigation accuracy, process efficiency, and alignment with regulatory and Amazon policies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage process improvement projects

A day in the life

  • Define SOPs, document new methods of carrier enforcements, and partner with stakeholder teams to drive gaps to closure
  • Constantly monitor metrics to identify deviations and help improve the processes
  • Drive program/ process goals independently with minimal to no intervention from leadership
  • Manage Operational Hygiene metrics, prepare WBR callouts and sr. leadership review summaries.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ work experience in Logistics/Transportation/Retail industry
  • Experience working on Risk/Compliance processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel based tools; familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data through SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Lean/ Six-Sigma
  • Experience in manufacturing, transportation, customer service, and/or distribution environments
  • Data management & data quality control experience with experience pulling and analyzing large sets of data
  • Knowledge using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement
