About the Role:

We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, BSN, or NP) to join our team of passionate professionals. This individual must be skilled, personable, and committed to delivering excellent aesthetic outcomes. You will perform injectable and laser services within your licensed scope and support patients through customized consultations and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer injectable aesthetic treatments, including, but not limited to:

Neurotoxins (e.g., Botox®, Dysport®)

Dermal fillers, Sculptra, and other advanced injectables (pending training/certification)

Kybella and other FDA-approved injectables (as authorized)

Perform or assist with additional procedures, including, but not limited to:

RF microneedling

Tetra COâ‚‚ laser

IPL and laser skin resurfacing treatments

Conduct patient consultations, create tailored treatment plans, and provide patient education on pre- and post-treatment care.

Maintain accurate documentation and medical records per spa policy and regulatory guidelines.

Comply with all safety and sanitation procedures and uphold best practices in aesthetic medicine.

Collaborate with spa leadership to contribute to marketing events, educational promotions, and social media initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required:

RN, BSN, or NP with an active Kansas state license

Minimum 1 year of aesthetic injecting experience (required)

Strong understanding of medical-grade skin care and non-surgical aesthetic

treatments

A client-centered approach with exceptional communication and interpersonal

skills

Confidence working independently, with a collaborative and respectful mindset

Must be organized, punctual, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting

Preferred:

Laser treatment experience is preferred

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: Commission-based model
