Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telephonic assessments to evaluate patients’ health status and needs.
  • Provide telephonic counseling and support for patients regarding their health, medications, and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of residence.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of managed care and clinical practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including telehealth technologies and EMR systems.
