What defines a successful BOA Builders Sales & Marketing Director?

The most important deliverables for this position are:

Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategy and budget.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, website, SEO, and paid ads.
  • Plan and manage Realtor outreach events, open houses, and community launches.
  • Track ROI on marketing efforts and adjust campaigns to meet goals.

Sales Coverage & Leadership

  • Serve as primary backup sales agent in the model home two days per week or during vacations.
  • Meet prospects, give presentations, and convert leads into buyers.
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure effective lead management.
  • Support the new home sales consultant with overflow traffic and events.

Strategic Oversight

  • Collaborate with ownership to set absorption goals and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze the market and competitors to keep BOA positioned strongly.
  • Deliver performance reports and recommendations to leadership.

What experience and skills are needed to be our Sales & Marketing Director?

  • Hard-working, dedicated professional with a mix of sales and marketing expertise.
  • 3+ years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or builder marketing.
  • Strong digital marketing, CRM, and event-planning experience.
  • Excellent communicator with leadership ability.
  • Stable work history showing progression of responsibility.
