Squarespace is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Lead with extensive Workday Adaptive Planning and Looker experience to join our team. You will partner with FP&A to assist our business partners in leading, developing, and maintaining management reporting to improve decision-making.

You will focus on continuous process improvement, and you will be responsible for coordinating data structures and process workflow changes to the planning process. You will use strong project management discipline and your understanding of business process workflow to meet the evolving needs of our growing organization.

You will work remotely and you will report to the Director of Financial Systems.

You'll Get To…

  • Serve stakeholders of various levels to identify, define, and clarify technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into efficient reports and configurations that adhere to best practices.
  • Recognize, analyze, and interpret significant data sets for trends or patterns.
  • Create and maintain our Adaptive system to tie and align to our ERP (Netsuite), HCM (Workday) and Looker (BI) systems.
  • Maintain, administer, and manage the Adaptive Planning data structures, and model changes to support "live" business processes and operational needs.
  • Act as advisor to the FP&A team to ensure Adaptive is leveraging the latest technology and is aligned with industry standards.
  • Design and implement use of Adaptive Planning by other business leaders, outside of FP&A, to facilitate quarter and annual planning.
  • Articulate and present analysis and recommendations in such a way that the intended audience is effectively informed.
  • Manage the Adaptive transformation project.
  • Perform system administration tasks such as access and change management, version creation, and data feeds.

Who We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning and Looker technology in both a design and development capacity while leveraging your FP&A knowledge.
  • Adaptive implementation or administration a must
  • Current "Adaptive Insight" Certification.
  • Hands-on functional experience and/or demonstrated proficiency in EPM-related business processes: Finance & Management reporting, FP&A, Analytics.
  • Experienced in Financial Budgeting and Planning applications.
  • Understanding of complex analytics use cases to support clients in identifying issues and providing solutions, coordinating with internal teams to quickly fix underlying issues.
  • Knowledge of additional financial applications such as NetSuite, Workday, Looker and Coupa.

Cash Compensation Range: $115,500 - $203,550 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
