Our focus is on quality of service and helping others.<br><br>If you like to work in a fast-moving environment with a varied workload, have excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills we would like to hear from you.<br><br>We are a charitable community-controlled housing association owning and managing approximately 2,250 houses for social rent, providing a factoring service for approximately 750 owners and manage just over 250 properties through our subsidiary Southside Lettings for Mid-Market Rent. We also have an extensive development programme to build new homes.<br><br>We are looking to recruit a highly motivated person with relevant knowledge and skills to deliver our service contracts and at the same time manage our requirement to ensure all legislative and regulatory health and safety, and tenant safety compliance areas are adhered to. This will involve, among other things having a strong knowledge relating to all associated compliance issues, ability to effectively manage contractors, as well as excellent administration, communication and organisation skills.<br><br>The ability to work in a changing environment with competing pressures is necessary and the successful candidate will be a team player with a “can do” attitude and the desire to be involved while ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You will also be required to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and provide support to the service contracts assistant.<br><br>This is an excellent opportunity for the right person, to develop their skills in relation to the successful management and delivery of the roles and duties of this post.
