Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of extensive custom applications and automated solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Establish a comprehensive vision and define the strategic roadmap for custom workflow automations and system/data integrations across DIT.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of custom automation applications and integrations, ensuring successful project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and synthesize requirements, assess various integration options, and drive the design, development, testing, and implementation of integrated solutions.
- Advocate for effective governance of data models, ensuring data integrity, coding quality, and the overall efficacy of tools supporting digitization and automation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (7+ years) in designing and developing with ServiceNow IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and/or Event Management.
- Proficient in scripting languages including shell, Perl, Python, or Java (7+ years).
- Strong leadership capabilities and project management expertise.
- Exceptional skills in requirement synthesis and integration evaluation.
- Knowledgeable in data governance and maintaining data integrity.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in ServiceNow development and architectural design.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering automation solutions within IT environments.
- A robust background in managing complex systems and integrations is essential.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are critical for success.
