Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, enhancing our online presence, and engaging with our audience across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management to effectively promote our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to refine strategies and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels while adapting content for specific audiences.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships with the online community.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design needs.
  • Strong skills in content creation, including photography and video editing.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail in branding and messaging.
  • Knowledge of public relations principles and relationship management strategies.
  • Experience in e-commerce marketing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret web analytics data effectively.
