Main Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:

  • Team player, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach.
  • Good knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum 1 year of social media moderation experience with excellent typing skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to work with some supervision.
  • Ability to professionally represent KCM in all communications.
  • Willingness to travel to KCM events as needed.

Physical Demands:

  • Able to lift 30 pounds.
  • Prolonged sitting at a workstation.
  • Overtime may be required on an 'as needed' basis.
  • Normal range of hearing and vision.
  • 9.38 hour shift schedule.
