Responsibilities

  • Drive customer growth, conversion and retention of new (and existing) customers
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to match scalable technical solutions with business opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
  • 5+ years of front line SaaS technology sales experience and a demonstrable track record of success in development and implementation
  • Experience developing robust sales pipelines
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create data-driven business cases, ROI models, and execute against complex sales cycles
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills and experience effectively engaging with business leaders
  • Extensive technical product demonstration experience
  • Ability to translate marketplace feedback into product requirements and guide team direction
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • 5+ years of sales engineering experience
  • 5+ years of business development experience in podcasting or streaming audio
  • Understanding of podcast production workflows, content management systems, and multi-platform distribution requirements (audio, video)
