Registered Nurse (R.N.) – Skilled Nursing Lena, IL

Lena Living Center is hiring a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (R.N.) to join our dedicated team in Lena, IL. What You'll Do

  • Administer medications and provide essential nursing care
  • Perform assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Document accurately using Point Click Care or similar EHR platforms
  • Support specialized procedures including catheter care, tube feeding, and airway management
  • Uphold clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Active R.N. license in Illinois required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Prior experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care (preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
  • Proficiency with electronic health records
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality care
