Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels, ensuring products are well-organized and accessible, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and experience in a warehouse or retail environment.

Must be able to work holidays. Must be 21+.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 9:00AM - 3:00PM

Sunday: 10:00AM - 5PM

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels through effective inventory control practices.
  • Utilize RF scanners for tracking and managing stock.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load and unload products.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring proper placement and visibility.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area, adhering to safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and merchandising displays.
  • Perform maintenance tasks as needed to keep equipment in good working condition.

Skills

  • Proven experience in inventory management and control.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and operating forklifts.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
  • Experience in warehouse settings or grocery stores is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and customers alike.
  • Familiarity with retail math concepts for accurate stocking and pricing.
