About Us:

We are a consumer products company managing weekly retail orders from national retailers such as Walmart and Target. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Logistics Coordinator to support our operations team while our full-time logistics manager is on leave.

Job Summary:

This is a temporary, on-site position located in Brielle, NJ. You’ll be responsible for coordinating all logistics related to outgoing retail orders — including receiving orders, confirming shipping requirements, routing through retailer systems, and coordinating with our warehouse team for timely fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process weekly retail orders from Walmart and Target
  • Confirm and manage routing, shipping, and delivery schedules
  • Enter order information into internal systems
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Communicate updates or issues to internal team
  • Ensure compliance with retailer requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in logistics, order processing, or supply chain coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Excel
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from our Brielle, NJ office

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

  • Familiarity with Walmart Retail Link or Target Partners Online
  • Experience working with warehouses or third-party logistics (3PLs)
  • Background in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods

Schedule & Pay:

  • Training: Begins immediately
  • Full Coverage Week: start immediately, work throughout beginning of September
  • Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
