Someone who can blend strategy, branding, and execution to ensure our presence is impossible to ignore.This role is about ownership, leadership, and results. If you have deep experience in professional services and/or law firm marketing, a strong grasp of digital and content strategy, and the ability to create marketing that actually matters, this is your opportunity to step in and make an impact.Compensation:$75,000 - $85,000Responsibilities:Develop and execute the firm’s marketing strategy to drive growth, visibility, and client engagement.Manage and protect the firm’s brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency and credibility.Lead digital marketing efforts—website management, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media.Create thought leadership content with attorneys to establish the firm’s expertise.Expand and strengthen the referral network to generate new business.Plan and manage events, sponsorships, and professional outreach to boost visibility.Develop client-focused marketing initiatives to enhance retention and increase referrals.Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.Own and optimize the marketing budget for cost-effective, high-ROI campaigns.Track analytics and performance data to measure effectiveness and refine strategies.Oversee and manage marketing vendors—ensuring accountability and results.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in marketing for a law firm or professional services business.A strategic thinker who also knows how to execute—you see the big picture and know how to bring it to life.An expert in branding, positioning, and digital marketing.
