Travel General Laborer - Night Shift at $18/hr

Join the evolving overnight construction crew with SPAR! We are seeking diligent and dependable full-time laborers. Be ready to travel for long durations and work nights from 9 PM to 6 AM. A willingness to learn and familiarity with tools is essential. You will be part of a team working within home improvement retail environments, handling tasks like building and managing heavy steel and pallet racking.

Shift Schedule:

  • Overnight Work Hours
    • Monday to Friday from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage in rigorous construction tasks
  • Work overnight shifts on racking installation at major retail outlets
  • Replace and repair damaged steel racking structures, including cantilever towers
  • Assemble and construct retail store shelving units
  • Update signage and shelf conditions
  • Perform physically demanding activities, lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Capable of standing for at least 8 hours and working overnight shifts
  • Comfortable with climbing ladders and working at heights up to 20 feet
  • Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.
  • Proficient in using basic hand and power tools
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Adaptability in a team setting
  • Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license necessary
  • Must have a personal cell phone and valid email
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proper footwear is mandatory on the jobsite
