Our responsibilities include working on a variety of features - ranging from highly visible product experiences to core infrastructure that enables existing and future innovations. We care deeply about UI performance, quality, and accessibility of Netflix Games experiences. To bring new kinds of engaging and interactive experiences to life, we partner closely with many cross-functional teams, including product management, experience design, and creative production.</span></p><p></p><h1>Who You Are</h1><ul><li><p><span>A strong full-stack developer with strength in front-end UI work </span></p></li><li><p><span>A product oriented developer who is passionate about building intuitive and seamless user experiences.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exceptional coding skills can navigate different languages and technology stacks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prior experience in game development using Unity or other game engines, including proprietary game engines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A Javascript expert with experience working with Typescript and React.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Self-starter comfortable with identifying opportunities and driving forward-looking technical roadmaps.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Effective at developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams through clear communication.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Adapt quickly to new information, switch context when needed and constantly drive to resolution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bias heavily towards action and prioritizes rapid iteration over building for scale if needed.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strive to elevate the knowledge and skills of yourself and others in a way that fosters an inclusive, collaborative environment.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h1><span>Nice-to-Have Qualifications</span></h1><ul><li><p><span>Familiarity with Android Mobile development using Kotlin and Java.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with WASM, WebGL and WebGPU technologies for building web applications. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with Mobile Webviews</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding in client/server communication and can comfortably debug issues related to HTTP, TCP, DNS.
