Then this role is for you!   We are hiring Customer Care Representatives to support customers through moments that matter in their work and life. Whether it is helping parents enroll their newborn baby into health coverage, or supporting someone through their retirement benefit elections, you will be caring for our customers’ meaningful life moments.

  • Flexiblility to work any 8 hour shift between 8AM - 11PM EST, possible OT when needed
