This is an entry-level opportunity with no prior experience required, offering full training and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outgoing calls ,texts and email, and virtual meetings
  • Provide accurate information on insurance benefit options and policy updates
  • Maintain and manage client records and documentation

Qualifications :
  • No prior customer service or insurance experience needed
