About the Role: Your Impact from Home As a Part-Time Remote team member, you'll be the friendly, helpful voice behind our brand, supporting guests with their online orders and general inquiries. Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving guest issues with a positive and empathetic approach, escalating complex problems to a supervisor when necessary.
