We're looking for a YouTube Producer who can manage the production of 100 high-quality, educational talking-head videos per month. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a remote full-time position with a base salary plus a monthly bonus based on video performance. Example video titles you'd be producing include:</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">What is Procurement? If you're successful in this position, there's an opportunity to make a substantial amount of money. </p><h2></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What You’ll Do</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll be in charge of the entire production of 100 YouTube videos per month. This includes working with 10 creators, each posting 10 videos/month on their channels. You will: </p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Choose all the video titles for each of their channels based on what is currently working on YouTube, their audience, and what will convert. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinator with the 10 creators to refine titles, scripts, recordings, edits, etc. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hire and manage a scriptwriter in charge of writing all 100 scripts per month, utilizing advanced AI tactics. Review all scripts. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hire and manage a thumbnail designer in charge of creating all 100 thumbnails + variations per month. Review all thumbnails. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hire and manage editors in charge of editing all 100 videos per month. Review all edits. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage the production schedule of all videos and post them across the creators' channels in a regular weekly cadence, ensuring all 100 videos are published per month. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h2>What You'll Need</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1+ year of previous experience as a producer or editor in charge of creating high-quality educational talking head videos. Please do not apply without this experience. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep understanding of the YouTube platform, current trends, titles, thumbnails, and edits </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Extremely self-motivated with a strong desire to learn how to scriptwrite utilizing AI and manage the content creation process </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Very detailed and process-oriented to be able to manage this complex 100+ video/month operation </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Desire to work in a high-pressure, results-only environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Must be able to work 40+ hours per week </p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Compensation </h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">$45,000 per year </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">There's a monthly bonus pool based on the profit CourseCareers makes from YouTube each month.
