Job Summary:

Amazon is seeking a Virtual Shipping and Delivery Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support related to shipping, delivery, and tracking. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations of the delivery process. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering top-tier support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping and delivery, including status updates, tracking issues, and delivery exceptions.
  • Provide timely solutions and resolutions to customer issues related to delayed or undelivered packages.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including fulfillment centers and delivery drivers, to resolve customer concerns.
