Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain chatbot solutionsusing Microsoft Azure Bot Services.
Integrate Azure Cognitive Services(e.g., Language Understanding (LUIS), QnA Maker) to improve chatbot functionality and performance.

Experience with chatbot frameworks, such as Bot Framework SDK or other relevant frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languagessuch as C#, JavaScript, or Python.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIsand integrating third-party services with chatbots.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
Ability to work independentlyand manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Previous experience with cloud-based technologiesand AI/ML solutions is a plus.
