Use a computerized system to respond to Montana Medicaid member inquiries in a call center setting
 Gather information, assess caller needs, research and resolve inquiries, and document calls thoroughly
 Provide clear and accurate details on member eligibility, provider changes, and benefits

Skills & Qualifications:

Preferred Experience:
1+ year of experience in medical insurance or medical office settings
