About the Role

We're hiring a Client Insights Analyst to support one of our key CPG clients in the commercial space, which includes category management, omnichannel strategy, and revenue growth management.

You'll be supporting a high-profile client that moves fast and expects excellence. They value trusted, consultative relationships, so this role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, stepping up to challenges, and growing through meaningful work. What You'll Do

You'll use your analytical and communication skills to:

  • Break down complex problems and help identify data-driven solutions
  • Uncover and present insights that answer client business questions
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and quality
  • Translate client challenges into opportunities using Circana's tools and capabilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consistently delivering value and follow-through


You'll develop and demonstrate strengths in five key areas:

  2. Insight Generation - Tell a story with data and make clear, actionable recommendations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, category management, or a related field-ideally in the CPG or retail space
  • Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g., Circana, IRI, NielsenIQ) or commercial/sales experience in a CPG environment (both are highly valued)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • Curiosity and the ability to learn new tools quickly (e.g., Unify)
  • Clear communication skills with a collaborative, client-focused mindset
  • The confidence to work with executive stakeholders and the humility to grow from feedback
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), field sales, broker management, or pricing analysis is a bonus
  • Background or interest in the beverage industry

This position can be located in the following area(s): This is a Hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite in Dallas, TX

The range below reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $76,000 - $90,000.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
