Content Scheduler for YouTube, Buffer, Frame.io & Google Drive (Part-Time) - Contract to Hire

Other Jobs To Apply

📌 About the Role:

I’m looking for a rockstar content scheduler to join my team and help streamline part of our publishing workflow.

I’m not looking for someone to just “check boxes.”

I’m looking for someone I can rely on – who gets ahead of problems, stays organized without hand-holding, and keeps things moving without me having to follow up.

This role is simple on paper, but important to the company. You’re the last step before content hits the world.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Downloading final videos from Frame.io

• Uploading & organizing them in Google Drive by project

• Scheduling short-form content via Buffer across multiple platforms

• Manually uploading videos to YouTube, scheduling them with correct thumbnails, titles, and descriptions (provided)

• Reporting any issues, delays, or missing files proactively – I’d rather hear from you early than have to go digging later

✅ Tools You Need to Already Know:

• Frame.io

• Google Drive

• Buffer

• YouTube (manual uploading/scheduling)

If you’re great with systems and already use the above, you’ll settle in fast.

👀 What I’m Looking For:

• Someone proactive – you look ahead and fix issues before they happen

• Organized and fast – you don’t need to be reminded to meet deadlines

• Communicates like a human – you’re responsive, direct, and don’t ghost

• Detail-oriented – you’ll notice if a title’s missing or the wrong version is uploaded

• Open to feedback and willing to improve over time

This will start with a few hours per week and could grow with us.
