As Integrated Commerce Creator Affiliate Engagement, Lead, you will …

Play an integral role defining and activating our strategy across all elements of the social commerce landscape – driving financial and brand growth through partnerships with platforms, creators, and other affiliate partners. Your primary focus in this role will be building, optimizing and executing our creator affiliate program strategy, including operating model development in service of creators and enterprise priorities. You will work in close partnership with a diverse stakeholder group across Target to implement these strategies – ensuring robust cross-functional alignment at each step of the way. You will be a strategic thought leader, possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and have a deep understanding of marketing, media, and commerce across the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and help execute a multi-year vision to turn our most socially influential Target fans into an engine for growth.
  • Establish an operating model that enables growth and scale through optimized creator end to end experiences and an enterprise engagement model that turns our business priorities into engaging challenges for our creator affiliate network.
  • Support thought leadership efforts to educate the broader organization on off-platform commerce, creators, and traditional affiliates as a growth driver for Target
  • Support team efforts to build a culture that exemplifies the core Target values of connection, inclusivity, and drive
  • Establish relationships with and partner closely with cross-functional peers across Target – within Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, and Roundel on strategy development and activation
  • Support Integrated Commerce leaders in developing and executing against long-term strategy and goals
  • Maintain an understanding of the broader digital ecommerce industry – inclusive of evolving shopping behaviors, competitors, and market segments to support strategy development
  • Support key elements of the Integrated Commerce team operating processes – specifically business planning and OKR routines

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in Media/Tech Strategy & Operations, Merchandising, Management Consulting, or equivalent experience in an organization
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrating a bias for action to drive business results
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Track record of continuous improvement – leveraging experiences and setbacks to drive professional growth
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
