Position Overview:

Data Entry and Verification: Accurately input and verify data into our databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and error-free.
Data Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks to identify and rectify any discrepancies or inaccuracies in the data.
Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain records to reflect the most current information.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain data security protocols.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across various departments.
Adherence to Deadlines: Meet project deadlines and goals to ensure timely delivery of data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Encoder or in a similar data entry role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in data entry software and databases.
Excellent typing speed and data entry skills.
Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
High school diploma or equivalent.
