Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitudetoward customers at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Experience:Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially when handling challenging customers.
  • Comfortable using computers and familiarity with standard office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
