We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Administrator to provide dedicated support to our President & Chief Revenue Officer. This role is pivotal resource in ensuring seamless scheduling, coordination, and communication across customer and internal team interactions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable navigating competing priorities, and demonstrates strong judgment in anticipating needs.   


 


Responsibilities


The primary responsibilities of this role include:



  • Manage a dynamic and complex calendar, ensuring alignment of priorities across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and schedule customer meetings, internal team meetings, and cross-functional touchpoints.

  • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and anticipate needs.

  • Capture key action items and ensure timely follow-up and accountability.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline coordination of projects, events, and deliverables.

  • Maintain organization of documents, contracts, and records.

  • Assist with special projects, research, and presentations as required.

  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all matters.



Requirements


To be successful in this role the incumbent will demonstrate the following:



  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.

  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn about the SaaS industry and our business model.
