We are seeking an applicant who has a friendly personality and great customer service skills to fill our full-time Front Desk Medical Receptionist position. Our Reception Staff are the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an efficient work flow. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, accurate typing/data entry skills, a strong attention to detail, great phone etiquette, be a great team player, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have reliable transportation, and the willingness to assist with coverage on occasion to other Crystal Lake Clinic locations; mileage reimbursement is available.

Duties Include:

  • Greet and assist patients/visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Scanning and electronically filing documents.
  • Insurance Verifications and collecting of Copayments/balances
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Support other staff members with a teamwork mentality
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
