BLB is an Inc. 5000 company and the largest training company in the U.S. for business loan brokers. We are seeking a highly experienced Video Editor who is passionate about video marketing and has extensive experience working with coaches, consultants, and influencers. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a managerial position for our video editing and marketing initiatives.

Position Overview:

We are on the hunt for an A player—someone who is not just a video editor but a strategic thinker. You will be responsible for editing a variety of content formats, including YouTube videos, short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels), and long-form content. We are looking for someone who can bring our brand’s vision to life through engaging and high-quality video content.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience editing videos for coaches, consultants, and influencers.
  • Mastery of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of social media video formats and requirements (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
  • Creativity and an eye for detail to enhance video storytelling.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in creating graphics, subtitles, and effects to enhance video content.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):

  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video effects.
