Key Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain and update logistics data for designated vendors in a timely manner.
- Identify and resolve challenges related to vendor or local deliveries.
- Engage in clear communication with vendors to address issues and modify delivery schedules as necessary.
- Escalate complex challenges to supervisors for prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rectify any inaccuracies in merchant data.
- Collect item-level data from merchants and ensure alignment with internal item numbers and descriptions.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail along with outstanding organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in data entry, logistics, or supply chain coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
