We manage Self Storage facilities and looking for a Call Center Rep to join our team. Our team is lean, efficient, and obsessed with providing top-tier service while having fun doing it. We’re looking for 1 part-time, remote rep who can confidently handle inbound calls, outbound calls, rent units and be the first voice our customers hear.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Convert those calls into rented units
  • Help current customers with questions or payments
  • Use our systems (training provided) to log notes and update accounts
  • Work 15-25 hours per week
  • You must have weekend and evening availability as well as some weekdays during the day. The latest we answer calls is 7pm EST.
  • Must have quiet, distraction free workspace and provide your own laptop/pc.

  • Have at least 1 year of phone-based customer service or sales
  • Are dependable and don’t ghost (seriously, don’t apply if flaking is your thing)

Compensation & Perks:
