Entry Level Verizon Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong business relationships with both new and existing customers in person to ensure sales satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Educate new customers on Verizon's full suite of products and services, ensuring they maximize their sales value.
  • Manage the sales order process, from placement to fulfillment, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Navigate organizational structures to engage decision-makers and secure sales agreements that align with customer needs..
  • Address and resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and delivering effective sales solutions.
  • Attend daily customer and team meetings (in-office or via Zoom) to stay informed and share insights.
  • Utilize a solution-selling approach to exceed sales targets and expand profit margins to enhance customer satisfaction.
