Hey there - I’m George, the Founder of Ganey Law Group.

We’re a boutique U.S. immigration law firm with a focus on helping business owners and high-net-worth individuals expand into the U.S. market.

Our clients are sharp, international, and forward-thinking, and we aim to deliver the same energy back to them through expert legal work and a top-notch client experience. We’re a small, tight-knit team working remotely between Europe and the U.S., and we’re growing.

Right now, most of our clients find us through referrals, but we’re ready to take our marketing up a notch - and that’s where you come in.

If you’re hands-on, strategic, and excited about helping us build a solid marketing machine from the ground up, we’d love to meet you!

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who thrives on creating clarity from chaos and is excited to take ownership of strategy, execution, and performance.

You’ll help us build marketing systems that actually work, and ensure we’re hitting the right metrics to justify and grow our marketing efforts.

In this role, you will:

Conduct market research and refine our marketing strategy
️ Build and maintain a monthly marketing calendar
✍️ Write, schedule, and optimize content across platforms
Oversee video production (and help us figure out if video is even the right format)
Track and analyze performance data to improve results
⚙️ Implement and manage marketing infrastructure and tools
Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute on key initiatives
‍ Coordinate with contractors when needed
Support lead generation and conversion efforts

You’re probably someone who likes structure and clarity, but also knows how to be flexible when needed.

You’re a thoughtful communicator, curious about different cultures, and you value both creative and analytical thinking.

You take pride in your work and ownership of your results, and you love being part of a team that’s growing and building something meaningful.
