Role Description

For this position, we are specifically seeking a candidate with experience in the treatment or study of Binge Eating Disorder as well as Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders and/or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

The Sr Program Development Lead will be a member of the Clinical Programs’ Program Development team. The role will focus on the design, development, evaluation, and implementation of clinical services, protocols, resources, and educational materials at Equip.

  • Work under the supervision of a Director of Program Development to lead small, cross-functional teams in the development of new clinical protocols and services.
  • Serve as a project manager, contributor, and subject matter expert for other cross-functional teams and program development initiatives.
  • Possess subject matter expertise in areas broadly related to eating disorders and behavioral healthcare, psychology, health technology, and protocol/program development.
  • Demonstrate prior experience working as part of a collaborative team, being organized, proactive, and having a strong, demonstrated track record of productivity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a PhD in psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the treatment of Binge Eating Disorder as a clinician or researcher.
  • Demonstrated prior experience developing clinical protocols, products, or services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for eating disorders and/or Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proven ability to use Powerpoint or Google Slides.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change and innovation.
