About the position

Responsibilities

  • Providing support in analyzing supply chain information on social and environmental compliance topics.
  • Providing support in developing ESG requirements, manuals and policies.
  • Input and analyze ESG data and generate reports.
  • Involved in handling day-to-day administrative items such as filtering emails, assembling, and distributing documents and materials.
  • Assisting in developing internal training and communication on sustainability.
  • Assisting in other ongoing sustainability projects.

Requirements

  • You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelors, Masters, or HBO+/WO studies in a relevant sustainability field (e.g. environmental science, human rights, etc.).
  • You have an affinity with sustainability issues, EU sustainability legislation, and a good understanding of sustainable business and the supply chain, based on your studies or a previous internship in CSR.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • You are able to work at least 40h/week on internship responsibilities (no school assignments or thesis writing).
  • You need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2026.
  • Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship.
  • You are an EU citizen, You are on a Family/Partner visa, or You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).

Nice-to-haves

  • Dutch is an advantage.
