Summary

We are seeking a Lead Installer to join our team at Matrix Landscapes. In this role, you will oversee landscape installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering exceptional results that enhance our clients' properties.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise landscape installation projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
  • Maintain high standards of quality in all installations and landscape maintenance activities.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in landscaping techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in landscape installation, hardscape, irrigation and related fields.
  • Experience with track loaders and trenching equipment
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Good communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
